Rules and Restrictions
Dale Hollow Acres RV Park
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and peaceful experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below during your stay at Dale Hollow Acres.
General Rules
- All guests must sign an annual rental agreement.
- Only individuals listed on the agreement may reside in the RV.
- The RV must be fully self-contained, neat, and in good repair.
- No subleasing or selling RVs on-site without management approval.
- Rent and utility payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Site Use
- Keep your site clean and free of trash
- Be responsible for damage caused by you or your guests.
- Respect common areas and fellow residents.
- Obey all park rules and local/federal laws.
Pets
- Pets are allowed with approval.
- Pets must be kept off other RV spots and cleaned up after.
- Noisy, dangerous, or destructive pets will result in eviction.
- Same rules apply to cats and dogs.
- Service animals are permitted.
Prohibited Activities
- No illegal drugs, loud parties, or disruptive behavior
- No tent camping (even at your site)
- No fireworks allowed in the park
- No electrical "cheater boxes" or "pigtails"
